10 Simple ways to get flat tummy

Simple ways to get flat tummy: Everybody wants a flat tummy and there are so many ways to get it like practicing tough exercises and dieting schedules. But to start with there are some simple and easy to follow ways to reduce the tummy. 

  
 1. Walking 

Walking is the first and best exercise not only to the tummy but to the whole body as well. If you have friends ask them to join with you and start your walking while talking and chit chatting with your friends. 

2. Clean your home

Yes. You heard it right. Clean your home by yourself. When you start cleaning you need to bend which stretches your tummy muscles and while vaccuming you go back and forth which gives a good exercise to your tummy. 

3. Try to skip the carbonated drinks

             
All the tiny cute bubbles in any carbonated drinks end up staying at your tummy finally. So as far as possible avoid it and go for pure water or coconut water. 

  
4. Practice a sport

Try to practice a sport like tennis where you give exercise to your whole body. When you swing backhand and forehand your abs gets tightened up. 

5. Go for Super Brain Yoga

Super Brain Yoga is not only good for brain, but also to your tummy, thighs and abs. Practicing this 5 to 10 times daily helps to tighten and flatten your tummy. 

 6. Add sea food instead red meat

  
Most sea foods like salmon are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and they play a vital role in trucking the fat in belly. It is also a low calorie food compared to your red meat. 

7. Sunflower seeds

  
Sunflower seeds are rich in Monounsaturated Fatty Acids and Vitamin B which plays an important role in inflammation. So try to add them in your salads or in stir fried etc.

 8. Eat more fiber

It is proven that for every 10gms of fiber you eat your tummy carries 4% less fat than other foods. So try to take more fiber conten foods like broccoli, artichoke, pinto beans etc. 

9. Add avocado 

  
Adding 1/2 a avocado in your diet avoids storing of the fat in your tummy. The fruit contains more monounsaturated fatty acids that does this job. 

10. Drink more Water

Drinking more water flushes the bloating that your tummy is holding.
