Lemon is very rich in Vitamin C. So consuming the Lemon Water(in other words Vitamins) daily, just boosts up your Immune system and keeps you healthy and stays you out of infections.

After workouts, people generally prefer sports drinks. Instead, drinking the lemon water, hydrates the body and makes you fresh.

3. Reduces phlegm

Adding honey to lemon water and drinking in the morning helps to reduce the phlegm.
