1. Multitasking

When you are watching the TV, do sit-ups or walk around in the hall or go to each rooms during the commercials. When you’re waiting in front of the school for your kids to come out, walk up and down the sidewalk.

2. Walk and Talk

Your good old friend has come up or you have a circle of friends where you meet lol of them in park. Instead of sitting and chit chatting with them, walk along the sides of the park and talk. After 15 min of walking, take a break for 2 to 3 minutes and again start walking. Also when you call your loved ones from your mobile, start walking and talk to them. Mobile phones are mobile right, use it then.

3. Take a longer path

It is always convenient to take a drive down the street for shopping or taking kids to school. Instead walk along the streets and do your shopping, take stairs instead of elevators or lifts in the shopping malls, walk to your kids school to pick them up instead of driving, do the little things throughout the day which you can able to do.

There are plenty of low-impact, low-intensity adult sports leagues out there. They usually only play every one or two weeks. Bring the family and everyone gets out of the house. You’ll mostly likely be playing at or near a public park, so the rest of the family can cheer you on or climb on the jungle gym.

5. Do Gardening

We’re not suggesting major landscaping here. Watering the plants in a small bucket instead of water pipe, Cleaning the garden like rake leaves, pull weeds etc. Spending 10 minutes in the garden or yard will not only get your blood pumping a bit, but you’ll be able to see your hard work every time you walk through the door.

6. Clean your rooms

Normally, we tackle one room (at least) from top to bottom all at once. Instead, do one job throughout the whole house. Instead of using Maxine’s to clean the room, use mob or broom and sweep the tile and hardwood.

So did you get your daily Exercises for atleast 30 minutes?? Where there is a will there is a way. So stop giving excuses for not doing regular exercise and foolish these tips and get your healthy and fit body.

As always, be sure to check with your physician if you have any concerns when switching up your exercise routine.
